Recipe Exchange - J. Wyatt

Here are Jennifer's Recipes... ENJOY!

CHILI DIP
1 PACKAGE REDUCED FAT CREAM CHEESE
1 CAN HORMEL TURKEY CHILI-98% FAT FREE
SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE- PROBABLY 1 1/2 CUPS
LAYER ALL THREE INGREDIENTS STARTING WITH CREAM CHEESE, THEN CHILI AND TOP WITH CHEESE. BAKE ON 350 FOR 30-40 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE NICE AND MELTED. SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS OR CUT VEGGIES.

V8 STEW
1-2 LBS BEEF STEW MEAT
2 LG CANS V8
ONION
CARROTS
POTATOES
1 TBSP TAPIOCA PEARLS (OR CORNSTARCH AND WATER) TO THICKEN
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS RAW IN CROCKPOT. COOK ON HIGH 6-8 HOURS.

PINEAPPLE ANGEL FOOD CAKE
I LARGE CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
1 BOX ANGEL FOOD CAKE
MIX BOTH INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. DO NOT DRAIN PINEAPPLE. BAKE ON 350 FOR AN HOUR OR UNTIL THE TOP IS A LITTLE BROWN. LET COOL AND ENJOY :)
